We have taken it upon ourselves to make feedback less awkward to give, more actionable, and as effortless as possible.
With nearly a decade of experience in the HR tech space and many years of people management experience, we have seen a lot of good and bad practices. What we lack is true innovation. Many vendors build very similar tools, often rooted in trying to simply digitalize previously paper-based processes.
We dare to be different, even if it might mean we make mistakes. We want to give individuals, employees, and businesses the tools they deserve. We bring true innovation because only then can we change the world for the better.
